Whether you are looking to purchase a single unit, a wholesale lot or a truckload, Fortuna considers each sale just as important as the next. We value each buyer and with the help of our freindly Customer Service staff, we strive to make each transaction a positive one.
Website purchases (single item purchase/wholesale lots): For all buyers who are planning to purchase items from our catalog of merchandise we ask you to please read our Frequently Asked Questions, which you will find under the "Contact Us" tab in the right hand corner of our home page. If you have any questions while looking on our webpage you may contact us via Direct Chat (you will find the link on our homepage), by sending an email to customerservice@fortunaenterprises.com, or by phone (716) 250-7410.
Truck Load Interests/Fellow Liquidators: If you are interested in purchasing truck loads and you would like to see what we have to offer, you may send us an email to surplus@fortunaenterprises.com, in your email please specify that you would like to be added to our mailing list. By emailing this address you are subscribing to our Liquidations Newsletter and will be added to a special mailing list, which will set you up to receive all of our upcoming truck loads that are available to purchase. All of our truck loads are from various retailers/merchants. In the newsletter we send, you will receive a detailed manifest, pallet count, picture (if available) and the total cost of the entire load.
By suscribing you will usually recieve at least 1-3 newsletters per week, however, the amount of emails varies from week to week. This is a great opportunity to get some great deals and make a great profit.
