By submitting payment for any item sold by Fortuna Enterprises Inc, you are indicating that you have carefully read the description for the item you have chosen to purchase and also that you agree to the terms of sale as described below:

- Each item description includes all the information we have about each specific item we have for sale. If you have a general question about the item's features/functions, please search the web for additional information before completing this sale.
- All items listed as included in our description are included. If an item is specifically noted not to be included, or is not mentioned in our description, then it is not part of the sale.
- All known and/or noticeable ‘defects’ with the items functionality and/or physical condition are listed in the Description area. If there is nothing mentioned, then there were no noticeable defects with the product.
- When an item is listed as “UNTESTED”, it is usually due to a lack of resources, knowledge with the item, or proper equipment. This means we cannot confirm if that specific item will or will not work for you, and this is why we will not accept these items for return. Please keep this in mind when buying UNTESTED items.
- When an item is listed as “WHOLESALE”, it is because that specific item is known to have defects in functionality. This means that we cannot guarantee the item in any way, including possible additional defects, and this is why we will not accept these items for return. Please keep this in mind when buying "WHOLESALE items.
- When an item is listed as “AS IS” it is because we will not accept that specific item for return under any circumstances. Please keep this in mind when buying “AS IS” items.
Shipping Restrictions:
- At this point in time, we cannot ship to APO, FPO, or PO Boxes, Canada, Puerto Rico, or any of the recognized territories of the United States that are not part of the continental U.S. (Please check back with us periodically to view any potential changes, since the shipping options may change)
We reserve the right to determine which items must be shipped with FedEx Freight. Your shipping quote(s), as presented to you, during checkout are not negotiable. We do welcome you to select the shipping service and rate which is best suited to your needs, from the list which is made available to you during checkout. If only one shipping service is listed, then this is the only available service for your item.
It is up to you, the consumer, to be sure that your payment profile information is current and accurate at all times. Fortuna is not responsible for any inaccuracies to your Name, Address, email Address, or Phone Number entered during checkout.
No third Party or C.O.D. shipping arrangements, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Shipping insurance is required for all items, and is included in the shipping cost quote given to you in the calculator. The insurance is provided by the shipping carrier, and it is at their sole discretion to honor or deny any claim.
All items are usually shipped within 1-3 business days after receipt and processing of payment. Please note that if sales volume is high, this can mean an unexpected delay in shipping of your package, however, we do our best to ship all packages in a timely fashion. An e-mail will be sent to you to confirm that your item has shipped along with a tracking number.
Return Policy:

Once you purchase our merchandise, you the customer, are responsible for examining your shipment on the day the package is delivered. This means that you are responsible for checking the contents of your package immediately on the day the tracking information shows that it was delivered.
- In order to return a product or request for us to file a shipping claim on your behalf, you the customer agree & understand that you must contact our customer service department, either by email or phone within 5 days of receiving the item. If it is over the 5 day period, a return authorization request will be denied.
- All unauthorized returns will be ignored and returned to shipper as necessary. Please do not return an item without authorization.
- No Refunds will be issued, and no returns accepted, on any items listed as WHOLESALE or UNTESTED, or SOLD AS IS, NO EXCEPTIONS!!
- No Refunds/Exchanges/Discounts will be given until Fortuna has the Original Product returned to our Warehouse.
- At our sole discretion, we will issue a refund, a store discount, or an exchange after the item is returned to us.
- All returns are subject to re-stocking fees of 15% of the total sale with a minimum charge of $2.00.
- It is up to the Customer to pay the cost of Shipping and/or Freight on all Returns. We do not cover the cost of return shipping under any circumstances.
- All Shipping Claims must be settled with FedEx before issuing reimbursement for items lost or damaged in shipment.
- We do not accept returns for compatibility issues with buyers hardware, software, etc. or unwanted items. Please remember to fully research your purchase by visiting the manufacturers website, before final purchase.
- We will accept returns due to discrepancies in the advertisement only. Meaning; if we made a mistake - we will accept responsibility and resolve the issue, but if the item is unwanted, you are responsible for disposing of it, as you see fit. Please remember, items are pre-owned and may have been unpacked prior to your purchase, or possibly used (we will always tell you the condition if it is new, used, or otherwise). Therefore, some packing materials may be missing or minor scratches in plastic may be visible. We do not consider these reasonable returns requests.
